Account Deletion Request

You can schedule deletion inside the Fitcoin app under Settings → Delete Account. You can also request deletion by emailing hello@fitcoin.co.
What to include
- Your Fitcoin username
- The email address linked to your account
- Subject line: Account Deletion Request
What gets deleted
After the deletion process completes, we delete or anonymise your account profile and associated app data, including server-held health and workout records, runs and routes, social content, messages, rewards data and uploaded media, subject to limited records we must retain for legal obligations, fraud prevention, safety investigations, outstanding transactions or legal claims.
30-day grace period
In-app deletion is scheduled with a 30-day grace period to protect against accidental or malicious deletion. Signing back in during that period automatically cancels the request. After the grace period, the account is queued for permanent deletion. Protected backups may take longer to expire and are not restored to normal use.
Immediate deletion
If you do not want the grace period, email hello@fitcoin.co with the subject Immediate Account Deletion Request. We may ask you to verify account ownership.
